1. WARRANTY COVERAGE
Taian Leadman Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Manufacturer") warrants to the original purchaser ("Customer") that new equipment sold by the Manufacturer will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the periods specified below, subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth in this warranty policy.

1.2 STRONG WARRANTY & AFTER-SALES SUPPORT
- Large excavators are priced per hour, while small excavators are priced per year.
- Warranty begins once the machine reaches the customer.
- Structural Parts: 2-year warranty
- Hydraulic System: 2-year warranty
- Engine: Covered by the manufacturer’s 2-year warranty
2. WHAT IS COVERED
2.1 During the warranty period, the Manufacturer will:
- Repair or replace, at its discretion, any part that is proven to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
- Provide labor for warranty repairs performed by authorized service technicians.
- Cover reasonable costs for parts transportation related to warranty repairs.
2.2 Structural Components include:
- Main frames
- Booms
- Arms
- Chassis frames
- Loader arms
2.3 Powertrain Components include:
- Engine
- Transmission
- Final drives
- Hydraulic pumps
- Motors
- Control valves
- Cylinders
3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
3.1 This warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal maintenance items including but not limited to filters, fluids, oils, coolant,belts, hoses, batteries, fuses, light bulbs, and other consumable parts.
- Wear items such as bucket teeth, cutting edges, ground engaging tools,undercarriage components, brake discs, clutch discs, and tires.
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper operation, orfailure to follow manufacturer's instructions.
- Damage caused by modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by unauthorizedpersonnel
- Damage caused by use of non-approved attachments, parts, or fluids.
- Transportation costs to deliver equipment to and from repair facilities unless explicitlyagreed in writing.
- Travel expenses for technicians to perform on-site repairs unless explicitly agreed inwriting.
- Normal wear and tear, including normal deterioration of paint, trim, and appearanceitems.
- Environmental conditions beyond the Manufacturer's control, such as salt damage,hail damage, windstorm damage, lightning, floods, or other acts of nature.
- Loss of productivity, economic loss, or other incidental or consequential damages.
- Equipment used for mining applications, unless specifically approved by theManufacturer.
- Equipment that has had the serial number altered, defaced, or removed.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 To maintain warranty coverage, the Customer must:
- Perform all required maintenance as specified in the Operator's Manual.
- Maintain accurate service records with proof of maintenance.
- Promptly report any defects or malfunctions to an authorized dealer.
- Make the equipment available for service at an authorized repair facility.
- Use the equipment for its intended purpose and within its rated capacity.
- Operate the equipment according to the guidelines in the Operator's Manual.
- Use only manufacturer-approved parts, fluids, and lubricants.
- Register the equipment with the Manufacturer within 30 days of purchase.
5. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
4.1 WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
- Contact your authorized Taian Leadman Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. dealerimmediately upon discovery of the defect.
- Provide proof of purchase and maintenance records.
- Make the equipment available for inspection and repair.
- The dealer will submit the warranty claim to the Manufacturer for approval.
- Upon approval, repairs will be performed at no cost to the Customer for covereditems.
6. TRANSFER OF WARRANTY
Taian Leadman Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Manufacturer") warrants to the original purchaser ("Customer") that new equipment sold by the Manufacturer will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the periods specified below, subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth in this warranty policy.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Manufacturer's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement ofdefective parts. The Manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental or consequentialdamages, including but not limited to lost profits, rental costs, or other commercial losses.TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEUOF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTYOF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
8. LEGAL RIGHTS
This warranty gives the Customer specific legal rights, and the Customer may also haveother rights which vary from region to region.
9. INTERNATIONAL COVERAGE
For equipment exported outside of China, warranty coverage may vary. Contact yourauthorized Taian Leadman Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. dealer for specific warrantyterms applicable to your region.
