1. Payment Options
1.1 Payments can be made via:
- Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
- Letter of Credit (L/C) (Irrevocable, confirmed)
2. Terms
2.1 Standard terms require:
- 30% advance payment by T/T at the time of order confirmation.
- 70% balance payment by T/T before shipment.
2.2 If paying by L/C:
- Buyer issues an irrevocable, confirmed L/C through their bank.
- Payment will be released after submission and approval of compliant shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
4. Processing Time
- T/T Advance Payment: 1–3 business days (USD or RMB).
- T/T Balance Payment: Must be settled before shipment.
- Sight L/C Payment: 5–10 business days after document approval.
5. Late Payment Policy
- Any overdue payment exceeding 15 days will incur a late fee of 0.1% per day.
- In case of delay, supply will be suspended until the balance is cleared.
